FORELINE ADVISORY

FORELINE ADVISORY

White-label intelligence analysis for advisory teams.

Add analytical capacity to a defined client mandate without adding permanent headcount.

Support when a mandate needs more depth

Boutique consultancies can need additional research capacity when a new project arrives, a deadline tightens or a client question crosses into an unfamiliar market. Foreline provides a bounded analytical contribution that your team can integrate into its own delivery.

Typical assignments include competitor or stakeholder mapping, Mediterranean and MENA commercial context, maritime industry research and a structured assessment of geopolitical implications. Scope and suitability are reviewed before acceptance.

Agree the handover before research begins

Delivery includes a traceable source record and a clear separation between facts, assumptions and analytical judgements. Material gaps and uncertainty remain visible so your team can review and challenge the assessment.

Confidentiality and quality control

No client name or project is used publicly without permission. Only the information necessary for the assignment should be shared; sensitive materials require an agreed channel. Third-party contact, covert collection and private-person background investigations are outside the standard service.

AI tools, if agreed for an assignment, may assist bounded tasks but do not replace analyst judgement. Sources and conclusions require human review. Confidential client material must not be uploaded to an external AI service without prior agreement on use and safeguards.

A bounded first engagement

A Strategic Intelligence Sprint is a practical starting point: one question, an 8–12 page or slide assessment, one clarification round and an executive readout. Standard fee: €950, plus VAT if applicable. Custom research modules are quoted against the brief; no open-ended analyst access is implied.

If you already have the evidence, an Executive Decision Deck can organise client-supplied material into up to 15 slides from €650, with one revision round and no substantial new research.
